site at your location or remotely based on your projects needs. Since these
consultants are billed on an hourly basis you will only be charged for the
time actually spent on one of your projects. Northeastern has consultants
available to assist you with your projects on a full time, part time or
as-needed basis.
Direct Placement:
Northeastern will provide candidates to match
your specific job requirements for a set fee. There is no cost to request
Northeastern’s assistance for your search unless a Northeastern supplied
candidate is actually hired by your company. All Northeastern candidates
supplied for direct placement come with a 100% guarantee.
Contract-to-Hire:
Northeastern provides companies that hire our
consultants on a temporary basis the option to employ these individuals
directly. This gives the company firsthand knowledge of their job skills
and work ethic in addition to giving the potential employee a good
understanding of the work environment.
Project Teams:
We have the ability to provide our clients
with an entire team of consultants to complete an entire project. The
client always has the option of approving the experience level of
consultants that are provided to work on the project team.
