Section 125 - Pretax Deduction for
Health Care Premiums
This tax saving benefit allows insurance
premiums to be deducted before taxes are taken out, thereby increasing your

Life Insurance
A total of $25,000 term life insurance will
be provided to all employees.
Short Term Disability Pay
Benefits begin immediately in the event of an
accident and after 7 days for an illness (including maternity). 60% of the
weekly pay up to $500 will be provided for a period of 26 weeks.
Direct Deposit
This benefit allows you to have your
bi-weekly paycheck automatically deposited (every other Friday following a
two-week pay period) into your personal checking/saving account at the
financial institution of your choice.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This tax saving benefit can be used for
Medical/Dental expenses not covered by your insurance programs
(deductibles, co-payments, etc.) and Dependent care expenses.
401K Retirement Savings Plan
This is a unique retirement savings plan that
will allow you to immediately reduce your current taxes and earn
tax-deferred interest. Northeastern provides this open architecture 401(K)
plan through Paychex which include some of the best Mutual Funds from
multiple fund families.
Yearly Bonus
Employees may be eligible to accrue a year end cash bonus based on total annual billable

Paid Vacation
Total vacation time is based upon the number
of years employed with the company. Employees accrue vacation time on a
monthly basis and can earn up to two weeks during their initial year.
